Dennis Moir is Senior Vice President, Finance and Human Resources at CNW Group.Ltd., Canada's leading newswire provider, offering bilingual service and expansive networks that reach key media and market points locally, nationally and globally.

Mr. Moir brings more than 30 years of financial and operational management,18 of which were in the high tech sector, to his role at CNW. A member of CNW’s Board of Directors, he is responsible for financial and human resource planning and management, and provides operational and strategic oversight to the senior management team.

Prior to joining CNW in October 2008, Mr. Moir held senior management positions including Chief Financial Officer of  PC DOCS Group International, a TSX and Nasdaq listed company. He was also CFO for The Bulldog Group, a digital asset management company, as well as CFO and COO for BlueCat Networks, a leading provider of IPAM, DNS, DHCP solutions.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Mr. Moir is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
