One of Canada’s business leaders, Jim V. DeGasperis established Con-Strada Construction Inc. in 1980. Under his leadership, it became a $150 million company which is the real masthead for Con-Strada Group of Companies. With 25 years of practical knowledge and experience, Con-Strada has been instrumental in identifying and preparing new land for urbanization in the city-core and surrounding areas. With Jim’s motivation and ambition, Con-Strada continues to build the finest roads and highways servicing the GTA and areas throughout southern Ontario. Under Jim’s leadership, Con-Strada Construction Inc. has become one of the largest road-builders in Canada.

Jim has many business interests beyond the real estate and construction sectors. He takes an active role in his family’s Niagara winery, Vineland Estates Winery and is also Managing Partner of Eagle’s Nest Golf Club.

Never forgetting his roots, Jim shares his family’s philosophy about community involvement and is an active contributor and participant to many worthy causes. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fine wine and is an avid car enthusiast. He and Lina have been married 25 years and are devoted to their four children, Julian, Stephanie, Amanda, and Adam.
