Paul Finkbeiner is the President of GWL Realty Advisors, one of Canada’s largest full-service real estate investment advisors, serving pension funds and institutional clients in Canada and abroad. With a portfolio of $8 billion and 55.3 million square feet under management, Paul is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of these assets.

With 20 years of real estate and finance experience behind him, Paul began his career as a junior engineer, planning transportation networks in Ottawa and Toronto. Real Estate became his passion and Paul assumed progressively senior roles with Trilea, Brookfield and Trizec Corporation.

Paul holds both a Bachelor and a Masters of Applied Science degree from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from McGill University. He is a member of several Real Estate boards in Canada and is proud to be an advisory board member for Habitat for Humanity in Toronto.

An avid athlete and sport enthusiast, Paul leads an active life with his wife and two boys.
